Vallensis Publishing collects and processes personal data (names, email addresses, institutional affiliations, ORCID iDs) solely for the purpose of managing journal submissions, peer review, and publication. Data is stored on servers located in Switzerland and the European Union. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except as required for publication services (DOI registration, indexing).

Authors and reviewers may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting contact@vallensis.org. This policy is governed by the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
