Vallensis Publishing exists to give biomedical-AI research a home where rigour, reproducibility and transparency come first. We are small, focused and Switzerland-based — and we hold ourselves to that standard.
Why we exist
Biomedical AI is advancing faster than the evidence base beneath it. Too much work is published without external validation, without code or data, without the reporting standards that let others reproduce a result. We publish the opposite: studies whose methods are clear, whose claims are checkable, and whose review process is transparent.
How we work
Every submission passes an automated technical-integrity screening — scope, reporting standards, statistics, figures, data & code availability and double-blind integrity — before it reaches our reviewers. Editorial decisions remain entirely human and are recorded in an auditable trail in line with COPE guidance.
