For the founding phase, manuscripts and expressions of interest may be submitted by email to the journal; full portal submission is available on request. Authors receive an automated acknowledgement on receipt; initial editorial screening is completed within 5 business days.

Preparation Checklist
Manuscript written in clear, grammatical English
All authors have ORCID iDs (free registration at orcid.org)
Keywords: 5–8 terms from MeSH or established AI/ML vocabulary
Figures at high resolution (≥300 DPI), submitted as separate files
Data, code, and models deposited in a public repository (GitHub, Zenodo, Figshare, or equivalent), or a clear justification for non-disclosure
Conflict of Interest statement for all authors
Ethics approval statement where applicable
Funding statement
References in Vancouver style with DOIs where available
Formatting & Language
Manuscripts must be submitted as Microsoft Word (.docx) or LaTeX (.tex). PDF-only submissions are not accepted. Manuscripts must be in English; authors whose first language is not English are encouraged to seek professional language editing prior to submission.
Data and Code Availability
A Data Availability Statement is required in all research articles. Where full sharing is not possible due to patient privacy or regulatory constraints, authors must provide the maximum feasible level of transparency.
