Indexing & Archiving

The journal aims to make published articles discoverable and to preserve them in the long term. The current status is as follows.

Identifiers

  • ISSN (electronic): registration pending
  • DOIs: registration via Crossref in preparation
  • ORCID iDs for authors

Indexing

  • Google Scholar: expected once the first articles have been published
  • Dimensions and Lens.org: via Crossref metadata, once DOI registration is in place
  • DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journals): application planned once the journal meets the DOAJ eligibility criteria
  • PubChem: links to compound records where applicable

Archiving and preservation

  • A long-term digital preservation arrangement (for example the PKP Preservation Network) will be in place before the first articles are published
  • Deposit of published articles in Zenodo (CERN): planned
